This project involves gathering of related company transactions and customers data, cleaning and manipulating the data to derive insight into her performance metrics. Key insight derivable include volume of transaction processed by period and by country, revenue generated, new users acquired, active users and churn, cost of acquiring new users and value gained from each user. This analytics helps management make data driven decisions on marketing campaigns, product development and improving overall customer experience.
