Personal Financial Insights

In this project I have developed a Tableau dashboard to monitor, manage, and master financial well-being. I have utilized SQL to prepare and refine the dataset used in the development of the dashboard.

EDA using SQL on School Database

In this project I have conducted a detailed Exploratory Data Analysis on a School Database which is based on many distinct tables. Data modeling tool was used to create the database schema to visualize the data model for better understanding. Made use of complex Query techniques to conduct analysis.

SQL Data Analysis on Accident Database

In this project I have conducted a detailed analysis on the accident database to answer various questions. SQL has been the primary tool used in the analysis. Tables were available as flat files and it was then migrated into SQL server database for the analysis.

Analyzing US Names

This project was undertaken to gain proficiency in seamlessly transitioning between SQL and Python within a Jupyter Notebook while analyzing a dataset of US baby names. The main objective was to identify the most prevalent names given to children in the United States.

SQL Coding Challenge (GDP Per Capita Analysis)

In this project I have conducted exploratory data analysis on a database with gdp-per-capita data mapped for different country and continents. This project will help refresh complex sql concepts.

Cosmetics Industry Analysis

In this project I did an analysis on Cosmetics Industry using SQL for data analysis, Python for data transformation and processing, and Looker studio of visualizing the results.

Customer Segmentation (RFM Analysis)

In this project I have undertaken Recency, Frequency and Monetary value analysis on a sales data set using SQL for Customer Segmentation. Analysis and data cleaning has been conducted using SQL. The result has been transformed into a dashboard using Tableau.

WorldIndicator HexBin Map Analysis

In this project I have create a Tableau report which helps examine the global indicators such as Internet Usage, Tax Rate, Birth Rate, CO2 Emission, Energy Usage, GDP, Ease of Business, Infant Mortality Rate etc. using Hexbin map. The metric on the Map can be controlled using a dropdown provided.

Data Profiling using SQL

In this project I did a complete data profiling exercise on a sample table using SQL. The table has got multiple columns of various data type and each has been analyzed separately based on the data type and other characteristics.

Web Scraping Data using Python

In this project I have developed python script to extract data from any web page tables using bs4 and pandas, and save the results as csv. Also, achieving same results using different method I have explained in the code.

Update Database Table from Tableau Dashboard

In this project I have developed a method to seamlessly interact with the database table from the tableau dashboard. Using this method we can directly add comment to the database table directly from the Tableau dashboard. This makes data management and analysis workflow much more smooth.
