Salary Data Analysis

An organization has been struggling with retention and unfair compensation practices have been cited as the main reason among employees despite a recent compensation audit. This analysis seeks to assess the distribution of employee's salaries to assess the organization's compensation practices.

Attendance Project

An organization's attendance tracking system produces 'dirty data', e.g. duplicates, and when the data is exported attendance data insights are unable to be calculated. In this project I implemented a system for data cleaning, attendance tracking ,and attendance data analysis at an organization.
