By creating an account or otherwise using Data Science Portfolio ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service lets you build and publish a personal data science portfolio, and (where purchased) access paid guided project tutorials. Certain features (analytics, additional design templates, colour customisation, guided project content) are only available on paid tiers.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You keep ownership of the profile, project, and portfolio content you add. By publishing a portfolio page, you grant us a licence to host and display that content publicly at the URL you choose, for as long as your account is active. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to publish anything you upload.
Paid subscriptions (PRO, Guided Projects) are billed and processed through Stripe. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via the chat widget on the site.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service, or to misuse guided project content (e.g. redistributing paid materials).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
