Heavy Artillery Damage Detection

This is a computer vision project to detect damage to buildings caused by artillery damage. The purpose of the project is to be able to aid journalists, first responders and people coordinating aid to refugees in Ukraine (this also would now serve Israel and Palestine and other war ravaged areas).
