This project aims to analyse the customer funnel of Metrocar, a fictional ride-sharing app (similar to Uber), to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. I used SQL to query the data and Tableau for data visualisation.

Pareto Analysis to illustrate the budget allocation for a global awareness campaign for World Mental Health Day. To bring awareness of mental health to the audiences that could benefit the most, we have chosen to optimise our budget based on data on the prevalence of mental health disorders.
