System Engineer at Kyndryl

As a middleware administrator, supported middleware applications(MQ, IIB, WAS and Talend) on around 2000 servers from three regions AP, EMEA and NA. Incident, service request (SR), change requests (CR) are handled. Performed patching activities for all the services when there is new update. Data cleaning performed on server list using excel before patching activities. Excel is used extensively for sending reports, management of incidents, SRs, CRs and provided the insights to the higher management about issue count, incident analysis. As a shift lead and incident manager, I monitored a team of six members in my shift by assigning tasks and conducting daily stand-up meetings to ensure smooth regular operations.

Assistant System Engineer - TCS, Chennai, India.

Managed IT Enterprise Infrastructure of a global financial firm (Morgan Stanley) by constantly monitoring all the hardware components of the entire infrastructure around 80,000 Servers, 65 Peta Bytes of Storage. Monitored, validated, actioned the alerts in Sockeye from different domains Unix, windows, storage, virtops etc within SLA (Service Level Agreement) time. Handled outage calls for high severity incidents and worked with multiple teams to resolve the outage. Automated the alerts for the continuous improvement of the project.
