Bike Sharing Analysis

Analyzed bike sharing data from Capital Bikeshare in Washington, USA, for the period between January, 2011 to December, 2012. I also analyzed customer behaviors based on different time frames, weather conditions and identified the best time series models when dealing with nonstationary time series.

Abseentism at work

I analyzed absenteeism data from a Brazilian courier company, collected between July 2007 and July 2010. Work relationships are trust oriented and may lead to unregulated absenteeism and reflect poorly on an employee's candidature, even if absent hours can be accounted for with genuine reasons.
