This project combines the vast amount of text data in YouTube captions with LLMs to create a domain-expert chatbot which answers user queries with information extracted from YouTube videos.

Brain Tumour Region Tracking Algorithm

LesionTrack is an optimization algorithm in Python which reliably labels brain tumors in MRI scans faster than conventional by-hand methods, designed as a final year Bachelor's thesis project. The algo achieves industry standard area-of-overlap accuracy of 75% on tested scans.

Bayesian Modelling of Hong Kong Landslides

Hong Kong is a nation afflicted by severe landslide occurrences. In this project we attempt to uncover the relationship between geostatistical covariates and the frequency of landslides in a given region while also considering the influence each region exerts on the others due to spatial proximity.
