I am a member of HCM - reporting and analytics team, responsible for updating and modifying SQL database, collecting and synthesizing data from various sources, and identifying meaningful trends for stakeholders. My reports and dashboards have helped reduce headcount variance, resource seepage, unwanted expenses, and billing errors. They have also helped optimize resource allocation and drive cost savings. I collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and specifications, recommend solutions to enhance reporting and data management, and troubleshoot issues. I serve as a POC and subject matter expert for recruitment reporting & analytics tools, headcount tracking and workforce management. I also conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

I deliver top service to client by managing 60% of their contingent workforce and acting as a face of APAC and EMEA team. I solve business problems based on my HCM process expertise and action them on various internal portals. I act as a strategic partner and increased the headcount significantly in Q2 and Q3. I collaborate with the Workday admin team to perform system administrative functions such as security, configuration, data loads, and integrations. I reduced the number of open positions by up to 40% by successfully closing the new positions with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
