In this project, I am going to study the practical side of the multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm by building a spam filter for SMS messages. My goal is to write a program that classifies new messages with an accuracy greater than 80%.

We will work with a dataset of Jeopardy questions. We will be using the chi-squared test for categorical data. This test allows us to find the statistical significance of observing a set of categorical values.

Building an AutoEncoder for denoising handwritten images with PyTorch.

In this project we will be creating the Autoencoder model for denoising handwritten images. In PyTorch, an autoencoder is a type of artificial neural network that aims to learn efficient representations of data, typically without any supervision.

Binary Classification Problem

In this project we are working with the dataset from Kaggle named Credit card Details Binary Classification Problem. We will create a model helping us to estimate credit card approval rate based on the features provided.

Identifying a country in Europe with the biggest surplus of green energy. In this task I am using ARIMA (AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average) based on its simplicity and ability to capture linear trends in time series data.

Predicting Traffic with Neural Networks

The project focused on predicting traffic in New York City. For this project Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) were chosen. They are both types of recurrent neural network (RNN) architectures designed to address the vanishing gradient problem in traditional RNNs

Creating audio and picture filtering bot for WhatsApp

In this project I have created a bot which: - Saves audio messages from the chat window to database (DBMS or hard drive) - Converts all audio messages in .wav format with 16khz frequency - Saves only those sent picture images that contain face.
