Provide solutions for the daily orderly running of this organization including but not limited to contacting vendors to task the needs of the organization. Analyze through board meetings data related to facilities and janitorial staff to maintain and grow the organization whether that is working with other departments to organize tasks and retrieve relevant data, to communicating with my team (in scrum fashion) to assure tasks are completed on time and focus stays where it should.

Managed tents, and other employees as well as did analysis on products to save money, turn more profit and decide which products to keep or discard. I was also responsible for onboarding people to increase employees to have more tents up and running.
