Data visualization was done using python libraries- seaborn and matplotlib. This helped to gain insights on trends and patterns amongst the hotels and also the reviews. For further analysis, Sentiment models were built to gain an overview of the customer's satisfaction. The goal of this analysis is to help businesses make crucial decisions that will lead to their growth and also be beneficial to their customers.
