My name is Marcos, and I am a pharmacist looking to transition into the field of data science. I am actively seeking employment opportunities in the data analysis field, both within my own professional area, the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on pharmacovigilance, and in different areas as well. I enjoy learning from my colleagues at work, as I believe that knowledge is never too much. I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, and currently studying Spanish and German. Additionally, I have completed the Google Data Analytics course with a certificate, obtained certification in Excel from basic to advanced levels, and am currently working towards a Power BI certification.

Project Lab 01

My Power BI project analyzed internal business data, presenting total sales, product category and country sales by delivery priority, average discounts by subcategory, and a top-selling countries map. Users can filter data by year, segment, and country for in-depth analysis.

Project Lab 02

In Lab 2, I explore Power BI, data modeling, cardinality, and DAX. Business questions include sales by shipping mode, shipping costs by market, KPI for monthly sales, top-profit product category, and profit margin trends over time.

In this project I performed 4 dashboards, 10+ visuals, data customization, and insights into customer profiles, buying patterns, and marketing effectiveness across 4 views for a Marketing Analysis

Project Lab 04

In this project I realized data analysis in the commercial sector with Power BI evaluates KPIs like sales volume, transaction value, conversion rate, sales cycle, customer retention, profitability, team productivity, and satisfaction, aiding strategy improvement through data-informed decisions

Google Data Analytics at Coursera

I completed the Data Analytics Certificate program on Coursera, which effectively prepares students for entry-level roles in data analytics. This fully online program is designed for individuals with no prior experience in the field where I learned about foundations of data types and structures, formulating data-driven questions, data cleaning and preprocessing, transforming raw data, data analysis and insight extraction, data storytelling through visualizations, introduction to R programming and had real-world data analytics capstone project.
