Intern at SemiConductor Laboratory (ISRO)

Working with ISRO-Indian Space Research Organisation has always been a dream of mine as an engineering student and July 17, 2023, marks the beginning of my internship at the Semiconductor Laboratory (Department of Space, ISRO). As an Intern, I am working on o Development, Designing, Fabrication and Testing of Semiconductor chip & MEMS sensor (Pressure Sensor) for AIRCRAFTS and SATELLITES. o Semiconductor Device Characterization, Data Analysis, Process Control and Automation of Chips using LabVIEW. o Screening & Qualification of VLSI/MEMS devices as per MIL-PRF-38535, JEDEC, MIL-883. o other exciting projects and tasks that will be assigned further.
