Managed over two hundred employees at the Takoradi Base, providing real-time support to employees (both local and expatriates). I assisted in hiring, orientation and training of new recruits and staff. Managed payroll and Social Security fund processing. Organized employee development and engagement programs. I was also in charge of acquiring employee travel documents and work permits and ensuring employee welfare.

Conducted in-depth segmentation analysis on inactive customers for Win-back Campaigns, resulting in 18% churn reduction.
