About
I’m currently working towards earning my Google Data Analytics Certificate. I’m working on strengthening my already solid understanding of spreadsheets and learning SQL as well as data visualization and programming. Previously while working at Netflix I used MicroStrategy to research post office delivery issues to identify problem zip codes in relation to shipping DVD’s and developed a plan to address the damaged shipments leading to greater customer satisfaction. Post Netflix, while doing consulting for Grove Collaborative, I identified and researched a “delivery intercept” issue and worked with customer service to eliminate the practice leading to ongoing shipping savings of $55k per month. Moving forward I would like to combine my work experiences with my newly formed skills.
