About
15+ years transforming maritime container shipping operations through data-driven intelligence. Deep expertise in capacity planning, TEU/slot allocation, S&OP, and booking management across major shipping lines and port terminals in Brazil. Currently leading the development of a full maritime BI platform at Solnave Shipping — from raw booking data to automated executive dashboards — using Python, Power BI, SQL, and HTML. I don't just analyze data; I engineer systems that make decisions automatically. Core deliverables: automated Capacity Planner, Future Booking (CBF) dashboards, shortfall & overbooking alert systems, BAPLIE 3D viewers, and daily HTML reports distributed via Telegram — all built from real operational problems.

2025 - present
Senior Executive Capacity & Operations Intelligence - Solnave
Building a maritime BI platform from scratch for the LAM fleet at Solnave Shipping. In production: automated Capacity Planner (TEU, tonnage & reefer plug control per voyage), Future Booking (CBF) dashboard, and real-time shortfall & overbooking alert system. Platform auto-generates and distributes executive HTML reports daily via Telegram — zero manual intervention. Vessel analysis that previously took 2-2.5 hours for 950+ moves now runs in under 20 minutes. Developing Commercial Intelligence module (client ranking by volume, frequency and profitability) and OVER/OPEN alert system. Acting as strategic interface between Commercial, Operations and Terminal for vessel scheduling decisions.
2024 - 2025
Capacity Allocation - Unimar
Monitored and controlled planned vs. actual capacity, identifying deviations and driving corrective actions. Consolidated operational and commercial data into a single analytical base, eliminating information silos. Created occupancy, booking and performance KPIs, standardizing analytical language across departments. Automated reporting processes, reducing generation time and manual error risk.
2016 - 2024
Operational Intelligence & CCO - CLI
Invited to transition from terminal operations into intelligence to build the CCO (Cargo Control Operations) from the ground up — from database architecture to full operational control. Structured truck and wagon discharge controls, reducing rework in load appointments from 85% to under 10%. Developed cross-referencing between road and rail databases to surface cargo discrepancies before vessel loading. Implemented warehouse inventory controls and formal inspector training. Upgraded vessel loading processes, identifying and correcting operational deviations that previously caused delays during ship operations.
2012 - 2014
Cargo Readness - Hsud / Aliança
Monitored cargo readiness and shipment performance for container operations along the Brazilian coast. Produced operational performance reports and provided direct support to strategic clients.
2011 - 2012
Capacity Allocation - Uasc Rochamar
Coordinated vessel capacity allocation along the Brazilian coast, ensuring seamless shipment planning and slot management. Produced reports and control panels to support operational and commercial decisions.
2008 - 2010
Customer Service - Csav
Managed customer service operations for container shipping clients, coordinating shipment documentation, cargo tracking and issue resolution across import and export flows along the Brazilian coast.
