The Semovita Blending System is a state-of-the-art automated process designed to precisely blend and control the production of Semovita, a popular food product made from Wheat flour. This cutting-edge system combines the power of Siemens WinCC 7.5 for SCADA design and TIA Portal V16 for programming.

Wheat Optimization Project

The Project was a strategic initiative aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitability in wheat processing operations.The primary objective was to integrate wheat consumption data into AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX) system, enabling better planning and performance evaluation across all mills.

Modification for Achieving 45t/h at SEMO Blending

To achieve the target throughput of 45t/h in the semo blending process,modification was required in the blending program. The initial challenge was that each screw conveyor had a maximum capacity of 23t/h, which meant a single screw conveyor alone could not meet the desired throughput.
