Developed a healthcare data analytics workflow for identifying patient cohorts from large-scale clinical datasets stored in Google BigQuery. Using Python and SQL, I queried, processed, and transformed healthcare data according to defined cohort criteria. I then developed an interactive dashboard.

Decision Intelligence & Prescriptive Analytics

Developed mathematical optimization models for real-world decision-making problems including salesperson assignment, transportation planning, and workforce scheduling.

Cancer Spread Modelling

Developed a mathematical model of cancer cell population growth using the Gompertz growth model to study how the number of cancer cells changes over time. The project involved analysing time-dependent cell growth and fitting a nonlinear growth model to describe the progression of the cell population

Infectious Disease Modeling & Contact Tracing

Developed a basic SIR compartmental model to simulate infectious disease transmission over time. The model represented movement of individuals between states based on transmission and recovery rates. Extended the model to incorporate contact tracing, focusing on the question of “who infects whom?”

Differential Gene Expression and Functional Enrichment Analysis Basic Workflow

Differential gene expression analysis using DESeq2 on RNA-seq data, followed by functional enrichment analysis, including Gene Ontology (GO) and KEGG pathway analysis. The workflow is implemented in R using several bioinformatics packages.
