This project is to showcase my ability of performing data cleaning in SQL. In this project, we extract data from Nashville housing dataset, then make it ready for further analytics purpose by applying: Standardizing date/time format, rebuilding missing data, string manipulation and removing records.

COVID-19 Global Data EDA Project

Using Covid-19 global death and vaccination dataset from CDC, this project is aimed for performing EDA, or exploratory data analysis to get a snapshot for death rate and vaccination rate globally. Additionally, a dashboard is built based upon analytical results to provide insights visually.

Houzz Email Campagin Analysis

Houzz is an American website, online community and software for interior design; Houzz sends email newsletters to our email subscribers promoting current sales. For each newsletter, we want to analyze its performance by calculating and analyzing its open rate, CTR, as well as its click posisiton.

Multiple Linear Regression analysis on Housing Prices

In this project, our task is to model the sale prices of homes in Ames, Iowa for Ames Reality Group. Our goal is to utilize different regression modeling techniques to help the company understand how the housing price is related to predictors, and build a customized regression model upon request.

An Overview of Classfication Method: Target Profiling and Predictive Analysis in Python

By using the “Portuguese Bank Term Deposit” data, this project aims for profiling the target customer who is more likely to subscribe the long term deposits, as well as predicting the future potential customers by applying classification methods.

Customer Churn Analysis in PowerBI

Used Power BI to extract data from Excel, performed EDA on customer demographics data, mobile account data and churn data from a telecom provider to understand the churn reasons of customers, as well as the possible factors that impact on the churn rate. Created dashboard to highlight key insights.
