Digital Marketing Strategy Optimisation

I conducted a detailed analysis of the Google Merchandise Store dataset. The objective was to develop actionable strategies to enhance the e-commerce platform's overall performance, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and marketing channel optimization.

Executive Sales Analytics Summary

As a data analyst, I streamlined data sources to create a Tableau dashboard for the sales executive team, emphasizing sales insights. This led to recommendations for optimizing customer retention, efficient acquisition, and targeted expansion strategies to drive sales growth.

Optimal Stock Level Analysis

I used Python to consolidate and clean six large datasets for reliable analysis in this project. Through exploratory data analysis, I identified overstocking and understocking issues. I developed an optimized inventory model, calculating reorder points and EOQ for the top 20 critical products.

Customer Churn Analysis

This project conducts churn analysis, using SQL Server for data management, Power BI for visualization, and Python's Random Forest for churn prediction. It provides insights and predictions to reduce customer attrition, with results visualized in a Power BI dashboard.
