As a Sales Data Analyst, I've been working with big data sets, keeping our internal client records up to scratch. It's been my role to identify potential issues, both within and outside our company, through detailed data reporting. I've also been using our past records to forecast our sales cycle for the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, I've been turning raw data into actionable insights, helping our teams predict future client and market trends.

In my stint at Upfield as a Data Analyst Intern, I got to work on developing unique data analysis processes, targeting new markets in North Africa and the Middle East. I introduced CRM tools into our workspace and managed to bring in 6 new clients and increase revenue by $55,000. I also made sure our internal datasets were well communicated across teams using visual tools like Excel and Tableau. With data from the last sales quarter, I put together a referral program for lead generation

Information Technology Intern @ Emirates NBD

During my time at Emirates NBD, I provided IT support to a huge computer network system of more than 100,000 users. My job included assisting IT managers in configuring and maintaining various hardware and software, as well as doing regular backups. I was also involved with the IT help desk, helping troubleshoot employee issues.
