Worked with the Software Development team in the configuring of the Enterprise Resource Planning applications, for different projectsincluding hospital management software. Key Results:  Managed, tracked, and provided solutions to reported issues.  Provided on-going training to both internal and external users.  Executed testing of software updates/patches.  Assisted in analysis of existing business practices and mapping those practices and procedures to the existing functionality within the ERP.

Data Analysis Associate at Samasource Company.

Recruited to help in the initiation process for a new Artificial Intelligence project that wasstill in the piloting stage whereby I took part in the data training process of the project. Worked with senior management in processing data as per the client’s specifications. Key Results:  Played a key role in initiation of the Face Tracking project in processing and cleaning of the data, performing Exploratory Data Analysis(EDA), of the data, selecting, building, testing and deploying the models that resulted to a great success of the project.  Analyzing data, developing and presenting learning including actionable insights.  Creating dashboards and data visualizations for performance reports.  Data collection and preparation through cleaning and categorization.
