About
I am a Machine Learning Engineer with experience in designing systems in order to collect, clean, process, deploy and monitor data, in order to feed Machine Learning Pipelines to produce models. I assist my Data Team in using Clean Code practices, design fine-grained APIs, monitor microservices. I employ tools such as Spark, Celery, Airflow to clean, prepare, store and process data, or MLFlow for ML models. To viualize data and metrics, I design straightforward dashboard using Streamlit, Dash, Kibana, Prometheus to analyze and visualise data. To develop API and ORM, I love to use the killer combo FastAPI and Postgres as a backend. To distribute messages to various consumer, I am used to get hands on Kafka. To package my work, I use of course the well known Docker.

Machine learning in order to make predictive maintenance on turbofan engine, based on historical data of mechanical parts. I conducted the project, from extracting and gathering historical data (PDF, Scanned PDF, Excels files..) in a usable common format, to crafting of ML models and packaging in a Web Application.

Machine Learning to reduce fuel consumption of aircraft. I was in charge of ETL pipelines in order to deploy new models, maintaining and extending our software factory (Continuous Integration and Deployment of microservices elements), monitoring of our live services throught real time feedback and dashboarding. Consultant on various missions on AWS Cloud : - Full Serverless DataLake using IaC to extract and process Ads performance for a Startup, and creation of a template to register new transformation on a few clicks - CI/CD Development workflow to register LLM model on AWS Jumpstart for a French compagny developing Foundation Models, using SageMaker - SQL Transformtion, maintenance of large ecosystem on Big Data for a worldwide large compagny, exposing API for their Customer facing website.
