4+ years experience in operations supervision & production/ service training in customer service. In this position, I was able to gain pertinent skills working independently, in a group setting guiding a staff of up to 16 employees in a shift, and interacting with as well as providing customers with a satisfactory experience. Simultaneously, I was responsible for analyzing & conveying proactive insights through various tools, dashboards & reports that I would collect and utilize to devise effective business strategies with several fluctuating variables taken into consideration.

As an independent contractor through a variety of courier platforms, I accepted and completed hundreds of tasks & deliveries for roughly 453 Households with a 100% completion rate, a 4.92 out of 5-star rating, and received 114 compliments for the tasks completed.
