About

Someone asked me why I am good at my work. I tell two words: "Strategy Games" I have been fond of coding and statistics since I used to study games and I dream to create one. Unfortunately, I haven't been blessed with an opportunity to pursue either. But I discovered data analytics during my third year in college and it fits with the two things I yearn to do. From there, I juggle both fields at the same time. For almost two years, it feels like destiny. I enjoy cleaning data, had an opportunity to learn to code, and fell in love with dashboards. Now, I’ve worked on a few real-life projects and led a team in developing a system that supports data accuracy and integrity to provide promising data visualizations.

That’s a little over 5% revenue loss which translates to a little over $200,000 annually.

The project seeks to identify the most disciplined and undisciplined employees and divisions; Create a visualization for analysis of weekdays and months when most tardiness is observed, and; Identify possible patterns in the organization as department heads for not implementing sanctions.
